And we see it is our co-responsibility as teachers, together with you as parents, to recognise and harness these qualities.

Founder
Alvin is passionate about nurturing students to be active learners and grow in character to fulfil their potential in life. He enjoys empowering parents with simple concrete skills to better connect with their children and form strong bonds which can help them build resilience to face the challenges of life.
Alvin volunteers in the community and provides marriage preparation services to equip couples for life long marriage.

Child and Family Therapist (Associate)
Elaine brings over 20 years of experience in the social service and government sectors, working with children and families in therapeutic work. She holds a Masters in Social Sciences (Social Work) and is a Certified EMDR therapist and play therapist. Her diverse training includes Play Therapy, Attachment-Focused Family Therapy, EMDR, and Sandplay Therapy.
Elaine actively offers training, and volunteers in the community while serving as a clinical supervisor and trainer in various therapeutic approaches.

Blessed Seeds Student Care focuses on optimising children’s holistic development and growth. The Centre will provide after-school supervised support for students’ academic pursuits, values-based teaching moments, and impart life skills to support social and emotional resilience.
